Cancellation Policy

At IAMROYAL TRANSPORT, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to provide flexibility while maintaining the quality of our services. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund (if applicable) or no cancellation fee.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, based on the total booking amount.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If a customer is not present at the scheduled pickup time and has not communicated their absence, the reservation will be considered a "no-show." In the event of a no-show, no refund will be issued, and the full booking amount will be charged.

3. Special Event Cancellations

  • Peak Seasons/Events: For bookings made during peak seasons or special events (e.g., holidays, conventions, festivals), cancellations must be made at least 48 hours/2 days] in advance. Cancellations after this window will incur a higher cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount.

4. Refunds and Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your trip, we will do our best to accommodate you. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 hours in advance. Rescheduled bookings may be subject to availability and pricing adjustments based on the new date and time.

  • Refund Process: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 2 - 5 business days. Please note that the original payment method will be refunded. If the payment was made via a credit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies or unexpected events may arise. If you need to cancel due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., severe illness, family emergency), please contact us as soon as possible. We will review such cases on an individual basis and, at our discretion, may waive the cancellation fee.

6. Payment Terms

  • Deposits: For some services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable according to the cancellation terms outlined above.

  • Final Payment: For services requiring full prepayment, the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, with the appropriate cancellation fees applied based on the timing of the cancellation.

7. Vehicle-Specific Terms

  • Sprinter Van: Cancellations for Sprinter Van bookings (or any vehicle with a higher rental rate) must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of 75% of the booking amount.
