Deadhead surcharge: "Deadhead miles (miles traveled without passengers) are charged at 50% of the standard mileage rate to help cover operational costs. Customers will be notified in advance if deadhead charges apply."
Per mile surcharge: $1.50 per mile for deadhead miles (50% of $3.00).for any additional deadhead miles, $1.38 per mile (50% of $2.75).
Waiting surcharge: Additional charge for time spent waiting at a designated location.
Extra stop surcharge: A fee for each additional stop during your journey.
Wait Time Charges:
10-15 minutes of free wait time for standard pickups.
30-60 minutes of free wait time for airport pickups (to allow for delays and baggage claim).
After Grace Period:
Charge $1.00 per minute for additional wait time.
